This event will be held under the provisions of the National Sporting Code of Motorsport New Zealand and any relevant
regulations prescriptions or specifications relating thereto as contained in the current NZ Motorsport Manual and
Amendments, HBCC Speed regulations and these Supplementary Regulations |

The Permit is for a Clubsport Advanced Hillclimb |

4. |
Minimum Licence Requirements for this event are Club membership of a Motorsport New Zealand affiliated Club and a Clubsport Licence. |

5. |
Entries will be accepted on the official entry form and must be accompanied with the entry fee up until 8.30am on the day of the event. Electronic fund transfers close Thursday 23rd February 2012. |

ENTRY FEES MUST ACCOMPANY COMPLETED ENTRY FORMS, OR THE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. |

6. |
Dual drivers will be permitted. The event will consist of Practice and as many runs as time permits, the field must run in the running order published on the day. Official results will be worked out of the fastest time in a competed run.ie. All classes completing their run. |

|
|
7. |
No alcohol or alcohol blend fuelled vehicles will be permitted to run. |
|
|
|
|
8. |
Documentation will be at Seafield Road from 8:00 am to 9.15am Sunday 26 February 2012. |
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Audit scrutineering to Schedule A, Schedule AA, Schedule F and Schedule TL will be at Seafield Road from 8.00am to 9.30am Sunday 26th February 2012.
To be eligible for scrutineering to Schedule AA cars must comply with the requirements of Schedules K and T&C. All other vehicles will be scrutineered to Schedule A, Schedule F or Schedule TL.
Cars to be scrutineered will be determined at documentation. All cars selected for scrutineering must be presented immediately after documentation.

10. |
Drivers Briefing will be at approx. 10.00am. This is compulsory for all drivers. Practice will commence immediately after drivers briefing. The event proper will start immediately after practice. |

11. |
No alcohol is to be consumed by competitors and crew as this will result in immediate expulsion from the event. |

|

12. |
Prize giving will be held after the event at the Hawkes Bay Car Club clubrooms, Maraekakaho Rd, Bridge Pa. Hot food/meals will be available. |

Passengers may be carried at the discretion of the Clerk of Course provided that Appendix 5, Schedule C, Part 1, Art 6 is adhered to: |

All vehicles carrying passengers shall be fitted with the following equipment, which must comply with Appendix 2, Schedule A: - Rollcage, - Both front seats, - four, five or six point safety harness for both occupants.

Passengers shall wear safety apparel as specified in the safety schedule contained in Appendix 2, Schedule A.

All passengers shall be briefed on basic event safety procedures, how to correctly wear and subsequently uncouple the safety harness and shall sign the Passenger Indemnity and Declaration Form prior to their participation.
|

Passengers under the age of 15 are not permitted unless they hold a Motorsport NZ authorised minors licence, and between 15 and 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Who is required to sign the indemnity form on their behalf |

Passengers may be changed between runs.” |
